Lane Hunter, BERNINA Educator from Portland, OR

Lane began sewing in middle school when his volleyball team desperately needed shorts.
Since then he has created much of his personal apparel and many costumes for the
professional stage. He is a practiced quilter, upholsterer and fiber artist. If you can get a
needle through it, Lane is gonna make something out of it.
Lane is also a seasoned educator on numerous topics. For the past 6 years he has taught
hundreds of new BERNINA owners the ins and outs of their machines. His specialty is the
BERNINA Q Series Longarm and loves to explore beyond quilting with them. He is most
excited when he sees his students finishing their quilts from beginning to binding on these
amazing machines.
