All Machines, Kits, Supplies, and lunches provided.

Overnight rooms are not included in the event fee.
There will be a special room rate for any attendees who live out of town and would like to stay at the hotel overnight.

Due to the limited seating and preparation required for this event, registrations are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, we will make every effort to fill your seat. If your spot is filled, a refund will be issued. Please note that cancellations made within 3 weeks (October 17th, 2026) of the event are not eligible for refund, as we are unable to fill seats on short notice. After 3 weeks, filling the seat if you are unable to attend becomes your responsibility. By registering for the event you agree to these terms.
